Gorgeous property with a gentle slope and beautifully arranged oak trees. A rural forested location with lots of wildlife including wild turkey and deer. Top of lodge hill with mountain and forest views. No water position. Buy and hold for now until the current building moratorium for new construction is lifted. Check CCSD and county websites (cambriacsd.org & slocounty.ca.gov) for info on the moratorium and allowable uses for property.
